The Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Eustis is seeking Information Technology (IT) support services for the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (ACOE) G-6. This Sources Sought Notice is soliciting capabilities statements from potential contractors to provide comprehensive IT support across three military installations: Fort Novosel (AL), Fort Eustis (VA), and Fort Huachuca (AZ). Key contract requirements include supporting 387 classrooms, managing approximately 13,000 IT systems, and handling 35,000 annual service tickets, with personnel required to have Secret clearances and specific cybersecurity certifications. Contractors must meet minimum certification standards including IAT Level II/IAM Level I for general IT support and IAT Level III/IAM Level III for cybersecurity roles.
