Business Support Systems Program (BSSP) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support (BSSP) requires information technology (IT) software operations and maintenance support services to maintain the full suite of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) BSSP systems and interfaces. The technical services acquired will ensure that these applications and their associated interfaces are operational, in compliance with agency architecture and security standards, and responsive to the user communities.
