Spearheaded by Calvin Mitchell, Director of the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), this contract will provide the department with critical digital services in the areas of Cloud and Infrastructure, Application Development, Network Services, Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Emerging Technology (CANDACE). It was so named in honor of the late Candace Ayles Waterman, a trailblazer and fierce advocate for women entrepreneurs.
