The Government requires Information technology (IT) services in support of the ICE GovCloud for the Application Services Branch (ASB) , Infrastructure Project Services Branch (IPSB) and Architecture and Engineering Branch (AEB) for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) The above ICE/OCIO Branches require the following services for this effort: Tier 2 and Tier 3 Video Tele-Conferencing (VTC) Operations and Helpdesk support; Tier 2 Voice Communications Helpdesk support;Network Engineering Support for network systems and images;Configuration Support for Servers, COTS products, networks, load balancers;Project management support for site migrations;IT project management support;Application Services infrastructure security compliance support;Multi-platform operation system and middleware support;Database Administration support;System administration/capacity planning support; Application and network deployment testing support;Web infrastructure support;Web application hosting and integration support; DevSecOps pipeline creation and support;Task management support to include on-going operations and management of DevOps pipeline tools for continuous integration and continuous delivery, Systems analyst interface support; Circuit Order Logistics for Tele-Communications; and Optional Surge Support for Multi-Platform Operation System, Network, or Telecommunications re-design and implementation support.
