This is a five-year, $20.5 million contract to provide Level I Call Center Support for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP), SEVP Response Center (SRC). The SRC is the primary interface between SEVP and the more than 1.1 million student and exchange visitors, and more than 30,000 school and sponsor users of the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS)
