The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Financial Systems Modernization (FSM) Joint Program Management Office (JPMO) was established to manage, from a portfolio perspective, all FSM programs across DHS Headquarters and Components. The JPMO implements integrated financial, procurement, and asset management systems for DHS and its Components and provides a management approach to ensure successful FSM efforts. This requirement is to obtain support from a qualified contractor to support the range of functions JPMO performs at the portfolio level, and on individual Component programs, to integrate and coordinate FSM activities across the Department.
