This is a $120,228,264.64 Delivery Order awarded by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to Excella, LLC, a technology consulting firm based in Arlington, Virginia. The contract is for digital innovation and development (DID) services to support the creation and maintenance of system roadmaps and project plans, as well as the development of new capabilities and enhancement of existing information technology systems and applications for USCIS.
The contract is a Time and Materials vehicle issued under the Chief Information Officer - Solutions and Partners 3, Small Business (CIO-SP3 SB) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract, which allows federal agencies to efficiently procure a range of IT services from small businesses. Excella, a for-profit limited liability company, has held a position on the CIO-SP3 SB contract since 2003 and has secured numerous other significant federal contracts to support data-driven initiatives and IT modernization efforts across civilian agencies. This award does not utilize a set-aside designation.
