The primary mission of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is to adjudicate immigration cases by fairly, expeditiously, and uniformly interpreting and administering the Nation's immigration laws. Under delegated authority from the Attorney General, EOIR conducts immigration court proceedings, appellate reviews, and administrative hearings.
The Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review awarded a $114.7 million delivery order contract to Hygeia Solutions Partners LLC under the Chief Information Officer - Solutions and Partners 3 governmentwide acquisition contract. The contract is for enterprise information technology support services to support EOIR programs and operations. Hygeia will provide a range of IT services including operations and maintenance, cybersecurity, and software development support through February 2026 at locations in Mosby, Virginia. No set-aside designations or major subcontractors were identified. The award utilizes the CIO-SP3 GWAC vehicle managed by the General Services Administration to provide customized IT solutions and expertise to the DOJ component responsible for adjudicating immigration cases.
