The Information Technology Support Services 5 (ITSS-5) is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle managed by the Department of Justice for large-scale systems integration and information technology support services. The contract enables federal agencies to procure comprehensive IT solutions, including application development, infrastructure support, cybersecurity, network engineering, systems integration, and professional services. Originally solicited through a Special Notice in April 2018, the contract allows multiple prime contractors to compete for task orders across various technology domains, with a contract performance period extending through September 30, 2027.
Task orders under ITSS-5 typically range from $3 million to $110 million, with durations spanning 2-5 years and covering diverse IT requirements for different Department of Justice components. Frequent prime contractors include ITC Federal, LLC, Network Designs, Inc., Intepros Federal Incorporated, and Logistics Systems Incorporated, with most task orders using time and materials or labor hour pricing structures. While most task orders do not have specific set-aside designations, several were awarded to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Common performance locations include Virginia metropolitan areas such as Fairfax, McLean, and Arlington. Funding agencies within the Department of Justice frequently utilizing this contract include the Justice Management Division, Executive Office for Immigration Review, National Security Division, and Community Oriented Policing Services.
Each attendee will receive the recording, the slide deck and the executive call plan.
