The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) provides executive and administrative support for the 93 United States Attorneys located throughout the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, the Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U. S. Virgin Islands. Such support includes legal education, administrative oversight, technical support, and the creation of uniform policies, among other responsibilities. EOUSA was created on April 6, 1953, by Attorney General Order No. 8-53.
This is a $15,692,731.80 fixed-price incentive delivery order contract awarded to Peraton Inc. by the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys, a civilian federal agency, for IT support services for the USAVOICE system. The contract is a task order under the Alliant II Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) and does not have a set-aside designation. Peraton, formerly known as HP Enterprise Services, is a leading provider of national security solutions and technologies to the U.S. federal government, specializing in advanced technological services such as software engineering, systems integration, and technical support for critical government programs. The contract has an ultimate completion date of September 30, 2027, and is part of Peraton's broader portfolio of federal contracts, which includes several significant Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicles and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with various defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies.
