Deep Dive Blue Team: DoS/CA Information Systems Security Support (ISSS)

This federal contract award, valued at $78,925,003.05, was issued by the Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA) within the U.S. Department of State to Obxtek Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The contract provides Information Systems Security Support (ISSS) for the Consular Systems and Technology (CST) systems under the Bureau of Consular Affairs.
The contract was awarded as a Delivery Order under the Alliant Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle. Obxtek will provide a range of IT services including systems development, operations and maintenance, project management, and information security support. Two subcontractors, Phacil, LLC and Judge Technical Services Inc., will provide additional IT services and support under the contract. This is an unrestricted contract without any set-aside designation, and the performance period runs through March 26, 2025.
