Modernization and Operations of Technical Infrastructure (MOTION) is the next progression of enterprise IT infrastructure services supporting the GSA Office of Digital Infrastructure Technologies (IDT), and will be replacing the DIGIT Task Order. The overall scope of services includes a wide array of IT support, specifically the IT service desk and on-site support, server/storage/network management, end-user laptop and mobile device management, network and telecommunications support, cloud management, credential/access management, and digital workplace services and software. Additionally, support will also include both large-scale enterprise applications such as email, unified communications/VOIP, and web conferencing.
