The National Library of Medicine (NLM), on the campus of the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, has been a center of information innovation since its founding in 1836. The world’s largest biomedical library, NLM maintains and makes available a vast print collection and produces electronic information resources on a wide range of topics that are searched billions of times each year by millions of people around the globe. It also supports and conducts research, development, and training in biomedical informatics and health information technology. In addition, the Library coordinates an 8,000+ member Network of the National Library of Medicine that promotes and provides access to health information in communities across the United States.
This is a $126,289,395.08 delivery order under a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract, awarded by the National Library of Medicine (a component of the Department of Health and Human Services) to Remedybiz, Inc., a minority-owned small disadvantaged business. The contract is for operations and maintenance of the NIH Business System (NBS), a critical information system supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH). As a total small business set-aside, the contract leverages Remedybiz's expertise in IT systems, financial management, and organizational support services to maintain and enhance the NBS, which underpins essential NIH functions. This delivery order builds upon Remedybiz's existing relationship with the NIH, including a multi-million dollar indefinite delivery contract to provide professional services across the agency's acquisition and logistics operations.
Each attendee will receive the slide deck, call plan and recording.
