The NEAT BPA, valued at $1.1 billion, is designed to provide essential IT services to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), NIAID and the Office of Cyber Infrastructure and Computational Biology (OCICB). The agreement covers a five-year period from July 22, 2024, to July 21, 2029, and encompasses four key capability areas:
Data Management and Analytics Support: Solutions and support for comprehensive data management, analytics, visualizations, AI, information engineering, data quality and governance.
Cyber Infrastructure Support: Designing, implementing and operating the underlying infrastructure that supports NIH’s IT environment.
Software Engineering Support: Support for the entire software development lifecycle.
Cyber Security Support: Support for the entire system security lifecycle.
