The One OIT (Office of Information Technology) contract vehicle is a $2.5 billion multiple-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract awarded by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to provide enterprise-wide information technology services and solutions. Task orders under this vehicle cover a wide range of IT support, including application development and maintenance, database administration, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, cloud services, data analytics, and program management. The scope encompasses modernization efforts for SEC's critical systems such as EDGAR (Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval), enterprise data warehouses, and various financial management platforms.
Task orders awarded under One OIT typically range from $1 million to $300 million in value, with performance periods often extending 5-10 years. Frequent prime contractors include Booz Allen Hamilton, Accenture Federal Services, Kci-Acuity, Procentrix, and Integrated Systems, Inc. Many task orders are set aside for small businesses, including 8(a), service-disabled veteran-owned, and women-owned small businesses. The primary place of performance is Washington, D.C., with some work performed in contractor facilities in Virginia. Key task orders include a $268 million award to Maximus Federal Consulting for SEC Enterprise EDGAR System Support Services, a $104 million award to Kci-Acuity for ServiceNow support, and a $110 million award to Aretec for National Examination Program IT application enhancements and maintenance.
