USCIS requires ongoing IT operations and maintenance for 27,000 users across 230+ domestic and 28 overseas locations. The NEON II contract will provide skilled technical staff to support the Service Desk (Tiers 1 and 1.5, Incident, Knowledge, Problem, and Service Request Management), Field Services (desk-side support, asset inventory, disposal prep, encryption, video conferencing, A/V O&M, cabling), OCONUS support (mobile devices, deployment, server O&M, training), service center services, account management, and hardware incident resolution.
