This is a $80,083,168.35 firm fixed price delivery order awarded to Technology Solutions Provider, LLC, a minority-owned small disadvantaged business, by the Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) agency. The contract is for the development and operations/maintenance of the Farmers.gov Customer Experience Portal. It is a set-aside for small businesses, and is issued under the Chief Information Officer - Solutions and Partners 3 Small Business (CIO-SP3 SB) GWAC. Technology Solutions Provider, LLC is a subsidiary of ABT Global LLC, which has extensive experience supporting federal agencies across a range of policy areas including public health, education, and workforce development.

The FPAC Business Center is a first-of-its-kind organization at USDA, combining the talent of employees from all three FPAC agencies into specialized teams that serve employees and customers across the Farm Service Agency (FSA), the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) and the Risk Management Agency (RMA). Each year, USDA agencies collect data relating to crops through crop acreage reports. If you want to participate in many USDA programs, including crop insurance, safety net, and disaster assistance programs, you must file timely acreage reports to remain eligible for program benefits. Filing an accurate and timely acreage report for all crops, location, and land uses, including failed acreage and prevented planted acreage, can prevent the loss of benefits.
