The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information to support the acquisition of Onboarding, Management, Engineering, Governance, and Assurance Services (OMEGA 2.0) for its Digital Transformation Center technology ecosystem. The required scope includes providing platform management, technical operations, and governance for SaaS, PaaS, low-code/no-code solutions, Application Programming Interfaces, and emerging technologies. Additionally, the contractor will establish an assurance and control framework for Artificial Intelligence-enabled capabilities, execute platform security controls, and provide help desk support. The contemplated task order is expected to consist of a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and 24 optional tasks
