This is a $319,569,675.45 Delivery Order contract awarded by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center to Salient CRGT, Inc. for "TECHNOLOGY INCUBATION SERVICES 2.0". The contract is not set aside for any small business designation.
Salient CRGT, Inc. is the prime contractor and has subcontracted with several firms including Gartner, Inc., The Boston Consulting Group Inc., and other small businesses to provide a range of IT services and technology solutions to support the VA's digital transformation and mission-critical applications. The contract work is expected to run through December 2028 and covers areas such as software development, systems integration, network engineering, program management, and cloud services.
This contract is part of the Alliant II Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), a multiple-award contract vehicle that enables federal agencies to efficiently procure IT solutions and services. The VA has leveraged Alliant II to acquire these technology incubation services to enhance and modernize its IT infrastructure and applications.
The TIS task order covers support across several areas including business process reengineering/transformation, voice of the customer and emerging business practices – technology support as well as communications, administrative, meeting, strategic and functional analysis, schedule and onboarding support services
