This federal contract award is for VBA Digital GI Bill (DGIB) SUPPORT SERVICES, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to the prime contractor Accenture Federal Services LLC. The $456,512,303.16 contract is a delivery order under the Alliant II government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC), with a firm fixed price pricing type and an ultimate completion date of December 29, 2027.
As the prime contractor, Accenture Federal Services LLC, a subsidiary of the global professional services firm Accenture plc, will provide a range of services to support the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), including digital transformation, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, strategic consulting, IT modernization, and logistics support. The contract does not have a set-aside designation. Accenture has partnered with several small business subcontractors, including minority-owned, woman-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned firms, to enhance its service delivery capabilities.
